Designed and developed tool for flashing new Software to trailer batteries.
Prototyped predictive maintenance software to predict the remaining useful life of trailer tires, in order to reduce lost time where trailers had to wait in repair shops, due to unforeseen tire breakdown.
Created alternative routing solution package, that avoids certain road surfaces to maximize trailer tire life.
Identified possible damaged wheel flanges with a cross platform mobile app and leveraging image classification.
Created an application that detects possible damages on steel rolls, used for the side walls of the trailer, on unwinding with automatic anomaly detection.
Automated company internal processes like:
Maximizing recuperation on downhill slopes for e-trailers.
Digitalized various forms that service partner had to fill out by hand.
Automatic detection if a trailer has been loaded onto the railway system using geofencing and telematics data.

Prototyped and developed a system to automatically detect damages on trailer and trucks.
Involved prototyping automatic damage generation on trucks and trailers in unity, with automatic changing backgrounds and physics simulation of damages like dents or bends.
Designed the architecture of the whole system.
Developed the Backend for user management, report storing and dashboard metrics generation.
Developed the Frontend and Mobile application for creating and visualizing report and damage data to users and customers.
Utilized state-of-the-art Machine Learning models to implement an automatic damage detection functionality based on trailer images to improve report quality and reduce errors made by vehicle checkers.
